The trip will start with a visit to the local market, where we will select carefully fresh and authentic ingredients that will be used in our kitchen.
Once we have selected our ingredients, we will head to a lovely kitchen, where the culinary magic will be the perfect scenario for an interactive and exciting experience. In this space the participant will put hands on work, learning techniques and preparing emblematic dishes of the Oaxaca cuisine.
When we finally finish the cooking, we will sit down all together to enjoy the reward of our effort: taste and enjoy the delicious dishes that we have prepared, accompanied with refreshing drinks and sharing this unique experience with friends.
