  • There is a 230 lbs. weight restriction for Horseback Riding and 260 lbs. for Ziplining
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travellers to operate. A minimum of 10 participants total is required and does not have to be from the same hotel. If your experience is cancelled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • Pick-up not available from the Grand Palladium Resort but can be arranged at an additional cost
