What you can expect

The Kuala Selangor Sasaran Beach is affectionately called Sky Mirror due to its mirror-like reflection of the sky. This mysterious ‘island’ can be reached via a bumpy boat ride and was once one of Kuala Selangor’s best-kept secrets. The Sky Mirror is actually a vast sand bar that appears above the sea surface during low sea tide, allowing you to indulge in unparalleled views of the sky and sea. Besides looking up, don’t forget to also look down at your feet and you’ll likely catch sight of sea creatures scattered abundantly in the sand such as tiny crabs, baby clams, sea grapes, and a variety of beautiful shells. Enjoy a picturesque day at the Sky Mirror Sasaran Beach where you'll be able to capture numerous Instagrammable shots of your reflection on the shallow waters. As the Sky Mirror is located 30 minutes away from Kuala Selangor in the open sea, you can only get here by joining a boat tour offered by various tour companies.
