During the lesson, we'll prepare a complete traditional Tuscan menu together, using local and seasonal ingredients:

At the end of the lesson, we'll sit down for a convivial lunch, during which you'll taste the dishes you've prepared, accompanied by local wine – Vernaccia di San Gimignano or Chianti Colli Senesi – produced in the vineyards surrounding the property, as well as water and coffee.
