Big hotel and got lost the first day. You see that covid had it’s impact on the hotel. Overall great place to stay in Bangkok

The staffs provided excellent services. But the hotel condition needs improvement. My room was flooded since day one. When I told the hotel staff, she said just removed the cover from the drainage. It did got better after removing the cover, but it still clogged and flooded. The bath room smells like sewage starting from the second night until we left on the third day. We only received two bath towels on the first day, and one of the towels I was very dirty. But it got better after I complained to the front desk the next day. The amenities are very seldom. After all, I can only said it is an okay stay.

I always stay at Trinity the staff is amazing the only problem is there was night construction across from my window which is illegal I had to go down at 3am and tell them to stop working or I was calling the police but 2 nights later they were back. It really ruined my last couple days of my visit
