Good enough. You get what you’re paying for and for the price compared to the $$$$$ of others it was okay. It smelled of febreeze quite strongly. The people in the room above us were moving chairs all night. Definitely wait for a higher floor. On the third floor you’re looking directly into other people. The Parkade was exceptionally empty, which was nice. You’re just a little down from all of the more popular areas after passing by a lot of vape shops and pubs. It is incredibly close to Granville Island, however.

Rooms could use some updating
Pillows not the best or beds
Clean & friendly staff
Love the lobby with the ample space & wood fire place
