Denmark Romantic Vacations

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Denmark!

I was very happy with the hotel’s location. It is ideally situated within walking distance of many of Copenhagen’s main attractions, including Nyhavn, Amalienborg Palace and Frederik’s Church. The hotel is also conveniently located near numerous restaurants, bakeries, cafés and Copenhagen’s main shopping areas. Being able to explore the city on foot without constantly relying on public transportation was a huge plus. However, one thing I believe the hotel could improve is communication regarding the items provided in the room. I believe the hotel should clearly indicate which items in the in-room are complimentary and which incur an additional charge. Having bottled water and snacks readily available is a nice convenience, but guests should not have to guess whether these items are included. Clear labeling or a brief explanation at check-in would help prevent unexpected charges at checkout. Even when I specifically requested the water from the front desk, there was an opportunity to explain the additional cost, but this was not done. Overall, I appreciated the hotel’s excellent location and enjoyed my stay. However, greater transparency about room charges would make the guest experience even better.
