The Freemont Street experience was amazing and so was the shark tank slide and pool. Unfortunately, the tap water smelled like sulfur or sewage, the shower drain backed up and the shower was dirty - something green on the side (maybe toothpaste), there were rust stains as well. The only staff we encountered was trying to get us to tour a time share. We had to check in and out on a computer kiosk. A shifty cab driver took advantage of us on the way out because Uber drivers can only pick you up in a specific spot and we didn't know where that was. The cab driver had no meter and charged us $25 to go a half mile.

I had a wonderful time! Super friendly staff, always ready to help! Room was amazing and clean.

This is what Hawaii should feel like. Being welcomed with flamingos is the best way to kick things off. Joven checked us in and was very thorough in explaining all the tips and tricks of the property. We highly recommend their club rooms (The Hokupa'a tower). The unique access you get to the Lanai area with an infinity pool, full breakfast in the morning, hefty snacks in the afternoon, and a private bar where you can enjoy the sunset every day is worth every bit. The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping. I happened to visit when the hotel wasn't super slammed so we had no trouble getting pool chairs. Definitely try the Mai Tai at the hotel bar. Also Jerry at the hotel bar is hilarious - quite the comedian - and people were regulars just to see him.

Restaurants closed construction all over pool and beach area. Night time staff not very helpful or accommodating.

Property is beautiful/ so much to do juts there / Staff lovely and amenities are amazing Very hard to leave - we love it there! Only bummer is that I could have booked directly - and Expedia didn’t disclose all fees required to pay from the property

It's definitely family friendly and convenient for visiting the pier.
