This is one of our favorite resorts and our fifth visit did not disappoint. The big difference with VIM is that they truly treat you like family and welcome you home. Many staff members greeted us by name and remembered us from previous visits. This will always be our home away from home. If you want an adults-only resort with the Mexican welcoming, this is a place that you should try!

Myself and ten of my friends stayed here for my 40th birthday. Everything from the service to the food and the amenities was outstanding. The grounds are beautiful and clean. The rooms were super cool with the extra large showers and kings bed looking over the spa and pool. The lazy river was one of our favorites, grab a cold drink and float around the spa to arrive at the bar again just in time for another beverage. There is a club area you can pay extra for. Not really a need, the entire resort has plenty to offer without paying more. The main pool bar is where the party is at. I liked that it was situated closer to the beach so we didn’t have to hear the music all day. I came to have fun but also relax. Over all we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this resort.

I can write forever about this place. It's everything you dream of. Quiet, beautiful, delicious, friendly, just everything that comes to mind for a beautiful vacation with beautiful people, this is it.

Loved the service- no one treats you better than this staff! The facility, rooms, pool, everything is beautiful and taken care of. Several pools, kids water slides, swim up bars, on site market. Room service was quick. Staff is beyond accommodating and so kind always.

We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay at Finest Playa Mujeres! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every staff member—from the bellboys, front desk and housekeeping to food & beverage, entertainment, and AquaWorld beach sports—went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The resort itself is immaculate, with spotless facilities and a strong sense of safety throughout. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and warm hospitality made for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We can’t wait to return! A special shout-out to Alejandro Martin and his entire entertainment crew—Abraham, Kevin, Macro, Daniella, Maliano, and many others. They were amazing! From daily pickleball games to beach volleyball, biking, and countless other activities, they kept us engaged, entertained, and having fun all day. They are simply the best! Beyond entertainment, we loved all the RESTAURANTs and the wonderful buffet at The Market. The Food & Beverage team was outstanding—always warm, welcoming, and attentive. We love them all! The beach was beautiful—very little seaweed, clean, with comfortable seating areas and excellent service from Izlsa A big thanks to Alberto from AquaWorld on the beach. He was so friendly and made our Catamaran trips a highlight of our stay. in addition, the boys especially loved paddleboarding and kayaking!
