New, luxurious and beautiful pool Villa Lord House

  • The new, luxurious and beautiful Villa Lord's House is located on the outskirts of a small village in the heart of Istria.
    The entire property is fenced (new 1.6 meter high fence) and private. In the secluded garden, surrounded only with green nature, there is a large swimming pool. Sunbeds and sunscreens are all around. A gazebo, with a large table and a charcoal grill, is placed just above the pool.
    The Villa is perfect for families with children and pets, with plenty of space for up to 17 people, complete privacy, and parking for more than 10 cars.
    The entire interior is air-conditioned; each bedroom has its own air conditioning.
    On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, living room, dining room and one bedroom. There are three more bedrooms on the first floor, and two more bedrooms are on the second floor. WiFi is available throughout the house.

Great property!

This is a lovely house. It was ideal for the family gathering we had which included 8 adults and 5 kids aged 3 to 16. The pool is great and looks in real life exactly as on the pictures and so does the rest of the outside facilities. Overall the property is very clean, the bedrooms are nicely sized and all have their own bedrooms. The owner and the property manager are very responsive. I would go back there in heartbeat !

Clean and spacious villa

We're a group of 14 friends and stayed in Petar's villa. Upon arrival we were amazed by how spacious it was. The pool and the bathrooms were very clean. During the week a lot of insects entered the rooms. Communication with Petar was okay! Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely recommend this villa to families and groups of friends.

Great sized property for 12 people

This is a great sized property for 12 people in the Croatian countryside. Situated about 30 mins from the town of Pula, a hire vehicle is a must. The owner was incredibly helpful, and the pool is lovely. The outdoor dining area is perfect, and the stone BBQ worked very well. There are lots of bugs at this time of year (late June), and some are very large indeed, and since the garden is full of flowers you might want to take some bug spray! There is a problem with dogs barking all the time (late into the night and early morning) near this property, so perhaps take ear covers as well.

This is a beautiful villa in a stunning rustic location that works really well for a big group looking for in a private setting away from the madness of Taormina. It’s close enough (20 min drive) to go for dinner and sightseeing, but honestly so much more pleasant than staying among the throngs of tourists. The kitchen and outdoor eating areas worked really well for group meals and hanging out. The swimming pools are very nice with amazing views of Mt Etna. There’s not much in Trappitello, the nearby town, but there is a small grocery store and a good place for fish. We ended up doing big shops in Giardini Naxos. Everything at the property was tasteful and comfortable and clean. Note that air conditioning isn't included but it’s available and it was definitely necessary to be comfortable the time of year we stayed (June). Due to parking challenges jn Taormina we sometimes took an uber which was less hassle than driving to Taormina. It was easier to park in Giardini Naxos but we could also get a van for 6 for 20 euros so sometimes did that if we were going out. Overall it was a great place that we would love to return to.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir wurden überaus freundlich empfangen und alles lief reibungslos ab. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und es gab keinerlei Probleme. Einfach super. Das Haus und der Garten waren ein Traum, vorallem unsere Hunde waren begeistert. Zudem ein großes Plus: Der komplette Garten war sicher abgezeunt. Gerne wieder!

Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr guten Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist schön und der große Pavilion im Garten optimal um mit der großen Gruppe zusammen zu essen. Mehr als 14 Personen wird vor allem wenn man drinnen essen möchte dann aber wahrscheinlich etwas eng. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und haben uns auch eine frühere Anreise ermöglicht, das WLAN konnten auch sie aber nicht verbessern. Wenn man wirklich darauf angewiesen ist reicht es auf jeden Fall nicht aus. Der Empfang mit mobilen Daten ist aber auf dem gesamten Gelände (außer im Wohnzimmer) aber sehr gut

Schönes, großes Haus und ein sehr netter Vermieter!

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig aufgeteilt und alle (9 Personen) hatten mehr als genug Platz, auch im Außenbereich. Der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt und bei Rückfragen stand der Vermieter sofort zur Stelle. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus und können es vor allem großen Gruppen nur empfehlen! (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und größere Städte sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen)
