Beach Feel good right from the beginning in your "temporary home". Exclusive, light flooded apartment, only 400 meters to the beach !!! The apartment "Zingst 1" is centrally located and quiet. With a size of 72 square meters, the apartment can accommodate four people. All around sunny rooms make this apartment something very special. A living room, two bedrooms (double bed and single beds), as well as kitchen, bath / WC, a south-facing balcony and fireplace. Two parking spaces are located directly at the house. The bathroom is spacious and with enough storage space for all toiletries. The kitchen has a large dishwasher, Nespresso machine + 1 coffee maker, Back / microwave, ceramic hob egg cooker, fridge freezer (children's dishes and children's cutlery are available) A safe and first aid kit are a matter of course. There is a cozy reading area by the fireplace. A flat screen and MP3 / CD player, DVD\`s Free Wi-Fi is of course free of charge. The apartment includes a spacious lockable bike room with a power outlet for possibly E-bike wheels. All sockets are provided with a child protection! The bakery is right next door, the center and other shops are around the corner, restaurants and harbor, and a direct connection to the vessel network of the region can be reached in 5-10 minutes. Therapeutic and health treatments, as well as sauna visits, you can use all year round in the nearby spa center - I'll give you recommendations. You do not need a car. Diese Ferienwohnung bietet einfach alles, was zu einem angenehmen Urlaub dazu gehört. Freundlicher Empfang am Telefon, warme Wohnung bei Ankunft, ein herzliches Willkommensgeschenk, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zmmer und eine super schöne Lage mitten im schönen Zingst! Der Bäckerladen und der Einkaufsmarkt um die Ecke, das war toll. Alles gepflegt und sauber. Der Kaminofen war ein Hit. Die Kücheneinrichtung war excellent. Schöne große geräumige Zimmer. Ein zusätzlicher Fernseher im Kinderzimmer und im Bad endlich mal jemand der versteht, dass man Ablageflächen braucht! Und Licht am Waschbecken !!!!! Schulz, wir haben uns mit unseren beiden Kindern sehr wohl in Ihrer Ferienwohnung gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, wir haben alles sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden. Sehr positiv zu erwähnen sind die Fliegengitter, die an allen wichtigen Fenstern bzw. sogar an der Balkontüre angebracht sind, da es hier doch einige Mücken gibt. Des Weiteren waren die Thermorollos eine große Hilfe, dass es nicht zu heiß in den Zimmern wurde (ja, wir hatten noch sehr warmes Wetter im September). Und wir konnten unsere Fahrräder gut im Fahrradschuppen verstauen, der zur Wohnung gehört. Echt klasse. Unsere Kinder haben sich zudem über das Sandspielzeug gefreut, welches wir im Fahrradschuppen gefunden haben. Den Strand haben wir in etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten (mit kleinen Kindern) und den Ortskern in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Auch der Supermarkt war in etwa 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig - auch für 4 Personen. Es fehlte ann nichts, man hatte wirklich das Gefühl bei den Vermietern zu Gast zu sein. Die Betreuung vor Ort war klasse, die Ausstattung sehr umfangreich und für mich wichtig - die Matratzen perfekt! Die Wohnung liegt zentral, der Bäcker neben an - was will man mehr. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war sehr nett. Herrliches Lichtdurchflutetes Wohnzimmer, alles tiptop vorbereitet. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen sicher wieder. Lage 1a. Nicht weit zum Strand und zum Kleinen Bodden-Hafen . Nov 18, 2014 #### Wohlfühloase in Zingst Mein Mann und ich verbrachten einen Kurzurlaub in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung, zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen direkt in Zingst. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, alles war komplett vorhanden so dass man sich ganz wie zuhause fühlen konnte. Besonders genossen haben wir den Ofen, mit dem es nach Befeuerung ausgesprochen behaglich wurde. Alle Einrichtungen in Zingst, sowie Hafen+Seebrücke sind fußläufig gut erreichbar; ein Lebensmittel Geschäft eine Straße weiter bot bis 20.00Uhr alles was das Kochherz erfreut. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist und bleibt, was gerade bei Kurzurlauben zum Tragen kommt, die späte Anreise ab 15.00 Uhr und die frühe Abreise bis 10.00Uhr; so verliert man doch fast einen ganzen Tag was besonders im Winter bei früher Dunkelheit zum Tragen kommt. Das bedauern wir sehr, hat aber mit der positiven Bewertung der Wohnung an sich nichts zu tun. ##### Andrea S. Oct 16, 2014 #### Elegante Wohnung von Frau Schulz Wir haben die Wohnung sehr sauber vorgefunden und waren sehr angetan von der Ausstattung und Gemütlichkeit der Wohnung. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, wir hatten tolles Wetter und haben die wundervolle Gegend genossen. Unsere Beiden Kinder hatten sogar noch Schwimmtage. 3 Bäcker, Restaurants, Kaffee und 2 Edeka in der Nähe der Wohnung, sehr nett! Strandeingang 10 sehr nah und Hafen auch. ##### Markus G. Sep 28, 2014 #### Wunderschön auch mit Kleinkind Der Aufenthalt in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung war für mich und meine kleine Familie einfach Perfekt. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und mit vielen kleinen Details eingerichtet,man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Wir wurden sehr nett mit einem Willkommensgruß empfangen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch unser Sohn (18Monate) hat sich super wohl gefühlt, vor allem weil die Wohnung viel Platz bietet zum ausleben und auch für die Kleinsten an alle Gedacht wurde. May 19, 2014 #### Tolle Ferienwohnung Schon im Internet gefiel uns die Ferienwohnung in Zingst auf Anhieb. Die Buchung verlief völlig problemlos und schon vorab versorgte uns die Vermieterin mit tollen Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. Und dann war es auch fast wie "nach Hause kommen" beim Betreten dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Ein Highlight war der Willkommesgruß der Gastgeber.
