The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The complex is secure and has a very well kept pool area that was fun for everyone. The area is 5 minute walk to La Ropa (which in our view was the best beach for kids/families) in the area. The only downside is that you have to take a combi/taxi whenever you want to get into town. In addition there are bathrooms and a shower by the pool, no need to go back to your unit. The complex is a flat 8-10 minute walk to the beach with several restaurants close by. Easy to hail a cab or catch a local bus to go where you want. On site caretaker to help with getting bottled water and carrying suitcases and groceries up the stairs. Julian was very responsive when booking and throughout the process, working with me regarding date changes and refunding a nights less of a stay very promptly. Gloria, one of the property managers, coordinated our taxi ride from the airport and was at the condo when we arrived. She showed us around, gave us the key and was readily available when we had any questions about the place or the area in general. The condo is exactly as described and exceeded all our expectations. Very clean and well stocked with all the necessities and then some (ie beach towels and lounge chair covers). The beds (and pillows) were very comfortable as well. Very safe and tranquil property. Our family really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this place if traveling to the area. But the communication was poor. They needed an on-site person who spoke some English. The cleaning lady showed up early by an hour and and a half on check out day to clean. We had to leave early. The offsite property person thought there was cable tv. There was not. She also had all the Wi-Fi info wrong. It was frustrating dealing w internet tv as we did not know how to do it.
