マッタ―ホルンビューの部屋でベランダから眺望できたのは素晴らしい。 駅のコインロッカーにスーツケースを預けたままマッターホルンを観光し、 その足でチェックインしたが、チェックイン後にスタッフに車で駅まで同行していただロッカーの荷物を取りに行くことができました。帰りも駅まで送迎いただきいて 行き届いたサービスに感銘しました。

Este hotel fue un 20/10. Definitivamente el mejor en todo el viaje por Suiza. Front desk staff were so kind and helpful! Spa was a bonus! Rooms were clean and quant. Location was top notch with a great view of the Matterhorn and easy walk to the gondola to get up to the Matterhorn. Very close walk to the main shopping strip, restaurants and bar area. Also really loved the free shuttle service to and from the ZERMATT station. We would stay here again.

The room was clean, tidy very spacious and with good and modern standard. There was even a big wardrobe room where we could store all our clothes. We had a lovely and spacious balcony, with chairs, table, blankets and a perfect view of the river and Matterhorn. The staff was very welcoming and helpfull, and served the best breakfast you could ever ask for. The hotel is in walking distance to everything, and just around the corner you can find both a grocery store and a bakery. Would definately recommend hotel Bristol, it is worth every penny. We value high standard, and this hotel tics every box. They even had a little dog in the reception area, the cutest ever.
