Everything was up to par, the room was constantly cleaned we always had fresh towels and the hotel staff will bring you a robe and slippers if asked. The ski rental is connected to the hotel therefore we did not have to walk far to rent skis which was extremely convenient. The breakfast was delicious every morning and the staff was all very nice and helpful.
