We arrived late, but the room was unlocked and keys waiting for us, so the check-in couldn't have been easier. Anita contacted us to pay and she came to us with a credit card machine at a time that worked best for us. The chalet was just a short 10 minute, easy walk, to the gondola and a 5 minute walk from downtown which was just what we wanted. It was the perfect size for a group of friends, a small family of 4-5 or a couple. The kitchenette was perfectly stocked and the chalet had everything we needed. The bed is a little hard, but overall we slept great and felt right at home.
