"Did not receive the email 72hrs before with the code to check in. Had to go to the front desk at Pytloun Grand Imperial to get the code and then it wouldn’t take any of the cards I tried to pay with. Super frustrating. Staff was super helpful and we got in but just make sure you get that code!!!!"
