I’d rate my stay here a solid 10/10! Even though I travelled solo, it never once felt like it. The resort truly felt like a home away from home. The environment was stunning and peaceful, the staff were outstanding, and the service was top-notch with prompt assistance whenever needed. If I ever return to Zanzibar, this will definitely be my go-to place to stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We always looked forward to the meals because the food was delicious and great conversation with the staff. They made us feel at home, I wished we had stayed longer! It was my fiance’s birthday and they made it as special as possible, they made him his favourite dish and had a birthday song performance that left him beaming from ear to ear. This was the best little hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. The food was amazing. Rooms were clean and the staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. They also arranged excursions and taxis me. I’ll be back :)

The property itself is very nice and well kept. The staff were also great! The pool is nice but a little deep at 1.4m but I’m just short. They do need to do a better job of food safety and covering food from flies. If I didn’t make it right at buffet opening, everything was covered in bugs! Also it wasn’t clear enough that this was a no alcohol resort when booking (I don’t drink that much anyways) and I understand it’s Ramadan but other resorts still had activities and entertainment, this one...

The hotel is incredibly interesting and beautiful. The room was excellent and the restaurant upstairs delicious. The team was more than happy to help with anything we needed and we were sad to leave.

Amazing hotel and staff! My every need was met and there was always a staff member close by who was willing to help. We arrived early and our rooms were not ready, they took our bags from us and allowed us to get ready in the change rooms. We went to our excursion and came back to find our luggage in our rooms! They even offered late check out for us! Ahmed is the best bartender ever! Made the best drinks and always had a smile on his face! Too many amazing staff to call out. I will miss Lux...

Wow - we had such a perfect stay. For starters, the hotel is GORGEOUS from the lobby to the restaurants to the rooms. Food was in general very very good. Great pool, beautiful beach and very nice rooms. Evening activities were fun and allowed the guests to interact with each other and the staff. But by far the most amazing thing about the hotel were the staff. Service was beyond amazing and every one was so friendly - anticipating your every need and want.
