The property lays in 1 - hectare outdoor area with spectacular natural surroundings. An ideal holiday escape for those who seek ultimate privacy and summery living. A unique feature is the outdoor yoga platform hidden between trees, making it an ideal spot for a wellness experience, a romantic dinner, fitness activities or just a chill out spot to cherish long summer catch ups with a G&T in hand.  
  
Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms  
An Iconic Private villa designed to frame the enamoring natural beauty of the Grecian style. Cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming sensory design throughout. The spacious villa spreads through three floors, making it an ideal escape for a large family or a group of friends. Lounge at the impeccable ground floor living room and watch the sunset lazily on the horizon before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. Set up a movie marathon at the 55’ Smart TV on long summer nights. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits to inspire you for culinary wonders, with access to the pool area and to an iconic sea view dinning spot. The villa features three wonderful bedrooms, two with en-suite bathroom on the first floor and one with shared bathroom at the ground floor allowing plenty of space and comfort for all. An additional bedroom with its own separated entrance and access to the terrace is also located in the ground floor, where you may find a king size double bed and a sofa bed. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds, and two more guest can sleep in the sofa bed featured at living room area, and in the lower level bedroom sofa. #### Great stay

Had a great week here. The villa is stunning and everything you could possibly need is provided. It is in a very peaceful area but there is a super little mini market 5 minutes walk away, and a 15 minute walk to a few bars and 2 restaurants on the beach. Zante town is a 15 minute drive, with good supermarkets.

#### Stunning villa on beautiful island

The villa is incredible and suited our needs very well - a family with 3 teenage kids - there was plenty of beautiful outside space for us to spend time together - terraces, balconies, gardens - and large bedrooms for a bit of personal space. The pool and gardens are amazing and provided a very nice place to return to after day-tripping around the island or for just relaxing in the afternoon or evening. The local town is quite touristy but has some good restaurants and the local beaches are all good and range from quiet (walkable Donkey Beach) to the more commercial (Tsilivi) but we had great times on all of them depending on what we wanted to do. It’s worth walking the full length of both beaches as they change in character from one end tk the other. It’s also worth exploring the island and we found some incredible local restaurants in small villages in the hills on the way to the stunning beaches on the west coast. All in all, this villa provided the perfect setting for an incredible holiday.

#### Excellent villa

Incredibly comfortable villa with everything you could possibly need. Fully equipped kitchen, and bathrooms provided with very useful shower gels, shampoo etc. Beautiful grounds with well thought out relaxing spaces which make it even more pleasant to be able to be outside all day if desired. An abundance of wildlife to watch with many birds, including owls at night. The pool is perfect with added bonus of swim-up beds. We were very well looked after by Dimitra, who was on hand if anything was needed. Coffee bar, well-stocked little supermarket and excellent taverna all within a short walk. Lovely beaches very close and easy to reach, all with tavernas. Couldn’t ask for more!
