Flott opphold

Vi var der i 4 dager i vinterferien. Fin beliggenhet, nært gondolen opp til Kasprowy wierch. Ikke så langt å gå inn til sentrum. God og variert frokost. De i resepsjonen hadde lite peiling på om det er skiutleie i anlegget i Kuźnice, men gjorde så godt de kunne. Dårlig brannsikring. Alle etasjene er åpne gjennom trappehuset. Dørene er verken lydtett eller brannsikre.

Hotel czysty. Bardzo ładna strefa spa. Minusy nadęta pani barmanka, która zamiast stać na barze chodzi gdzieś, a obsługiwać musi osoba z recepcji. Osoby z recepcji bardzo życzliwe i pomocne. Cena przystępna i lokalizacja również.

Godny polecenia. Mimo, że ma trochę lat, jest czysto, wygodnie, dobry dostępność do WiFi, duży parking, dobry masaż, świetne śniadanko, basen. Do wymiany materace, nie są złe da się spać, ale mają już swoje lata. Drobne sprawy, jak w pokoju 301 - paper toaletowy na wyciągnięcie rękę gdokladnie ponad 1 m, zamiast koło muszli, to na przeciwległej ścianie. Zgłoszone konserwatorowi, zobaczymy, czy zmienią. Og9onie dobra 4. BRAWO!

Friendly hotel with spotless cleanliness

Very clean hotel, decent restaurant with excellent selection of hot and cold breakfast menu. The car park is spacious and very close, walking distance to the nearest hiking hubs/public bus stops.

The rooms are really old compared to the rest of the building. Low water pressure in the bathroom, and smelled like sewers. The only thing that was good is the breakfast. Other places were better for same price.

The breakfast is fabulous and the size of our room with it’s private balcony was very nice. The hotel looks a bit dated and it would have been very nice to have a fire in the fireplaces instead of candles placed in front of them. Lastly, the bartender needs training.

Perfect place to stay in Zakopane

Very friendly, clean, excellent location. Breakfast - lots of choices, hot and cold, very nicely presented. Rooms - very clean, spacious, beds comfortable, beautiful view at the mountains. Definitely will come back.

Adequate resort hotel in Polish mountains

Picked this hotel to be away from busy resort city center. Too far away as it turned out. Really need car/ taxi to get around unless you really like to walk, rain or shine. Very limited activities around hotel area. Pool is a plus. Hotel is nice enough - nothing odd really or off-putting but it is oddly out- of- date for a spring/summer visit. Needs “refreshing”. Room noise, barking dogs in neighborhood disturbing. Staff nice but I would recommend looking for a hotel closer to town. Maybe a cold weather/ ski season stay would be ok - different vibe.

Mycket trevligt och prisvärt hotell. Bra servicenivå, bra prisnivå. Närhet till enklare skidbackar med promenadavstånd. Fantastisk spaavdelning. Vi hade fyra underbara dagar. Busshållplats precis utanför för snabb transport till centrum. Bra läge om man som vi ska ta sig med bil till närliggande backar. Trevlig personal.

OK in general, just a bit old

Good to have swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Room is big but it's a bit old. Not quite convenient. Need to walk 10 to 20 min to restaurants. Taxi to city centre.
