Great location & really rustic charm with a clean modern feel & amenities
We stayed in Kama Lama for 4 nights and had the best time. The room was modern and smelt lovely. There was a shared kitchen and dining area that was super useful. We washed our own dishes but some guests did leave their dishes which we felt was lazy! We would highly recommend staying here. Maria was also hear at replying to our queries via WhatsApp. Thanks again
This was the worst hotel we stayed in in Poland
- We booked and paid for breakfast, but did not get breakfast on first morning, got breakfast in a paper bag the 2nd morning, which consisted of meat (for a vegetarian) and included no coffee (milk and meat products were standing in front of the room door without cooling at the height of the heat wave), no breakfast on the 3rd morning.
- We would have preferred to change the accommodation to go somewehre with proper breakfast service, as food and coffee in the morning are very important to us, but the hotel refused to give us a refund.
- The communication with Expedia to change hotel / get a refund took us several hours and ruined a bit the holiday feeling.
- We also sent several text messages to the manager Maria about a refund, but she ignored our messages and deciced not to answer at all - there was no one to talk to in the hotel our entire stay.
- Wifi was really poor, although it says in the hotel desciription that they have good wifi
- The room wasn’t cleaned at all during the entire stay
I can only say that this hotel has a non existent complaint management and we can only rate this hotel as very poor for the quality of service. It charges hotel prices, but offers only 'hostel' services.
We are also disappointed by the role Expedia played, as they didn’t really help solving the problem, other than ‘asking’ the hotel to refund the first breakfast.
