Villa Em is located in Dalmatia, in the beautiful city of Zadar, in a location that will delight every guest looking for a luxury holiday! In Villa Em you will be able to enjoy complete peace, and at the same time, you will be close enough to the city centre where you can have fun, enjoy and swim in the clear Adriatic Sea.  
  
  
  
Villa Em is a rustic beauty that was renovated in 2022, and in the full sense of the word is worth your stay. It is a combination of natural textures and modern design, which will leave you breathless! It provides guests with 112 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 568 m2. It is 100 metres away from the nearest sea, which is a great opportunity for all those guests who can't wait to dive into the depths of the sea and pleasantly refresh themselves during the hot summer days. The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation for up to 8 people and consists of the ground floor and upper floor.  
  
  
  
On the ground floor, you will be comfortably accommodated in one bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. There is also a living room consisting of a corner set, coffee table, and TV, while next to the living room there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals for the whole family and a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats. places. On the ground floor, there is still a room where you can use the washing machine and iron.  
  
  
  
In addition, on the ground floor, there is a separate guest toilet and one in the outdoor kitchen, as well as an outdoor shower.  
  
  
  
On the upper floor of the villa, there are 3 more bedrooms with double beds with ensuite bathrooms with showers, where the rest of the guests can be comfortably accommodated.  
  
  
  
The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace equipped with an outdoor kitchen, ideal for preparing fresh and delicious meals, which you will be able to try on the dining table. On the terrace, you will find an outdoor barbecue on charcoal or wood (barbecue "Green Egg"), perfect for magical dinners in the company of close friends and family. Villa Em also has an outdoor pool of 40 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m, and a spacious sun deck with 8 sun loungers and Fatboy pillows suitable for water.  
  
  
  
Children will be able to enjoy the outdoor courtyard or play table tennis. Of course, other attractions and local activities at your fingertips include wine tours, water sports, an aquapark, horse riding, bike rental, or sailing.  
  
  
  
Available, inside the yard, you can use 4 private parking spaces, and the villa is fully fenced.  
  
  
  
If you decide to stay in Villa Em, do not miss the opportunity to enjoy a 20-minute walk by the sea to the old town of Zadar. You will be amazed by the beauty of the sunset which Alfred Hitchcock once claimed to be the most beautiful in the world. One of the interesting things is that near Villa Em you will come across a replica of the Egyptian Sphinx, which was built in memory of the beloved woman. The city of Zadar is also known for the fact that every year it is visited by a large number of domestic and foreign tourists, and most of them come for the Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun, interesting installations, which are located on the Zadar waterfront. The city is full of cafes and restaurants where you can try a delicious gastronomic offer or drink cocktails on the beautifully decorated outdoor terraces. Everyone will find something for themselves, and near Zadar, there are beautiful and interesting cities such as Nin, Biograd na Moru or Sibenik.
