The view was beautiful and the service was great. They were even accomodating to our dog; they provided a bed and food and water bowls for her. We only wish the pool was closer to where we stayed. ##### Liza Marie Stayed 2 nights in May 2024 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Satsuki Jun 29, 2024 Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities まず、夜中にチェックインしたときに、カードキーが作動せず、部屋に入れなかった。 別棟の部屋だったので、フロントまで遠く面倒だと思っていたら、セキュリティの方がパトロールをしていたので事情を話したところ、フロントに対応を求めてくれて、無事に部屋に入れましたが、30分程度の時間ロスをしました。 翌日夜に部屋に戻ると、またカードキーが反応せず、フロントまで行くとチェックアウトの日を間違って登録していたようで入れなかったとのこと。 朝一度レストランで食事をしましたが、パンが古く硬かったです。 値段は高いのに美味しくなくて最悪でした。 コインランドリー も利用しましたが、脱水ができず返金してもらったりと、トラブル続きで疲れました。 大きなリゾート施設でオールインワンにしているはずなのに、何も機能していなくて残念でした。 私達はレンタカーを借りたので、タモン地区まで出かけて食事もできましたが、交通手段がバスやタクシーしかない方は、お金も時間もかかるし大変だなと思いました。 ゴルフ場はとても戦略的で楽しめましたが、バックの積み下ろしは自分で駐車場まで行ってしないといけなかったので、サービス面がとても残念でした。 ゴルフ場にはまた行きたいと思いましたが、正直、ホテルの利用は2度とないなと思います。 ##### Satsuki Stayed 4 nights in Jun 2024 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Kari Mar 26, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities We always love the pool and the atmosphere. Very friendly and accommodating staff. However, the pool hours should be extended. 6pm is too early for a pool to close especially because the bowling alley isn’t operational and there aren’t many entertainment options in the area. We love both restaurants! Always so delicious and staff is always extremely friendly.
