The staff here are friendly, there is a 24/7 front desk which we needed as our arrival was late. They also had free parking in an inclosed lot, which was part of the reason I selected this location. The hotel rooms need an update, they are quite old but the value of this hotel is good for the location, as it’s walkable. This hotel is utilized by many tour operators, so expect it to be busy.

Das Personal war sehr entgegen kommend betreffend early checkin und als die A/C in einem Zimmer nicht gut funktioniert hat, haben wir unser Zimmer wechseln können. Das Frühstücksbuffet war großartig und abwechslungsreich! Super zentrale Lage.

The hotel itself is an older Soviet-era building with very outdated plumbing, carpets, and rooms. The lobby, however, is renovated and modern. The location is also a big plus - it is very convenient to major attractions and there are plenty of coffee shops and cafes right nearby. The staff is wonderful - especially the cleaning ladies on the 10th floor, who were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The included breakfast is good enough, though the staff clearly gets overwhelmed when the dining area is full. Our biggest issue was the cafe and restaurant on the first floor. Despite "no smoking" signs being posted everywhere, guests and even staff are constantly smoking inside, which was a major downside for us.

This was a good hotel with big rooms but there is a faint smell around the building, perhaps from smoking but it says the rooms are non-smoking. Not sure.
