The staff thought my last name was funny. I played along but honestly didn't appreciate it. Then, I had trouble finding my room because the directions were confusing. It would have been helpful to have some signage at the parking area to know where to enter, especially since it was a very small pathway. The shampoo dispenser in the room was empty and the spas were out of order.

Nice. Our two bedroom was very spacious and backed to the pool and hot tub which was nice but the pool was icy cold March 1. Very clean but musty smelling. We will be back!

Initial check in was great. Then we found the room had not even been made up. Management acted quickly and found us a new room. Rooms in both suites had a musty odor but freshened up by opening the windows. A few ants greeted us in the bathroom at the sink as well. Overall a good stay.
