For security reasons, when you arrive at the Cruz Encantada condominium, you must show an ID and indicate the address you are going to at the booth. We kindly ask you to share with us your approximate arrival time. Our staff will meet you at the entrance of the property to hand over the keys and welcome you as you deserve :) We have 2 parking spaces reserved for you. We are happy to welcome you!

We kindly ask you to be very respectful and reduce noise between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Additional services: Cleaning fee: $350 MXN Good news! The condominium has a grill, we recommend bringing a bag of charcoal and utensils. We will be attentive to anything we can do to complement your stay, you will feel happy and welcome in this property. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for long stay reservations (+8 days) for every additional week

We recommend you to arrive at the property by car. If you do not have one, you can take a cab or use mobility apps. From Mexico City it will take you approximately 1:45 hours.
