The resort was very clean and staff very friendly, but when you are paying over $500 / night , I think the property needs modernising, new untenciles, air conditioning in all rooms, block out blinds, extra bin bags, a bin in the bathrooms, a fridge without rust spots on it. If you are travelling with a baby who has a pram be prepared to carry up all the steps as no ramps or lifts to your room. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the accommodation definitely needs a renovation for their furnishings.

Great place for families. loved the pools, the spacious apartments and proximity to beach. some apartments a little dated. did not like all the stairs , no lifts. shower over spa bath was hard to access. no railing and difficult to enter. But everything else was fantastic.

Great accommodation, great service, great location, and for anyone with a 4WD it’s got great secure parking! Beach is a stroll over the road. Short walk up the hill to the pub. Best place to stay in Yamba. Rooms for a family are just awesome, so much room and everything you could need!
