Spacious Villa with Private, Sunny Garden, Sea View and Exclusive Pool

Casa Rachel, situated in a quiet cul de sac with ample parking and fabulous open views of the sea, is only a 7 minute walk from the beautiful, child friendly Flamingo Beach with it's variety of restaurants and shops. Entering the south-facing garden you step into a private, peaceful haven with mature Canarian planting, an electrically and solar heated swimming pool with alfresco dining and lounge seating under the shade of the pergola which can be illuminated at night. There is a traditional barbeque and plenty of outdoor seating and sun loungers. The tranquil garden is not overlooked. The villa and gardens are on one level with no steps. The stylish open plan interior is accessed through French windows into modern kitchen, dining and sitting areas including satellite TV with BBC, ITV etc; DVD; hi-fi and a dresser full of books, toys and games. 2 double bedrooms have air conditioning and the 2 twin bedrooms have fans. There is a bathroom, a shower room and an en-suite shower room.

Excellent villa. We have stayed in many Playa Blanca villas over recent years, including a lot of good ones and this one is the best so far as per:- Way above average garden / plot in terms of size / privacy / always lots of space in the sun or shade and the very unusual bonus of a good sea view. - 5-10 min walk to the best beach in the resort, with safe swimming. Likewise 5 min walk to the 7 mile long sea front promenade (wheras many of the larger villas in the resort are a 15 -20 min walk to the sea front) - Very roomy villa inside (better than the photos show)- Good local management agent used as per: villa was cleaned to a high standard / minor water issue dealt with very quickly (turned out the issue was external to the villa) / pool maintained to a high standard (pool guy not only cleaned pool mid week but also on changeover day so holidays start with a clean pool- Everything works as it should, ie good showers with hot water etc etcWay, way above average villa, recommended

Excellent communication from host. We hired a car and found it easy getting to shops and exploring Puerto Del Carmen and Puerto Calero. Swimming pool was used a lot. The villa had everything we needed. A hot tub was mentioned in the description but there wasn't one. Had a great holiday and we'd love to go back next year.

The house and pool were lovely. It was a 20 min walk to the nearest big shop for food, but we had a hire car so that didn't bother us. It was lovely and quiet with great views over to Fuerteventure. There was only air conditioning in the double rooms, but fans available in the others. The couple of minor issues we had while we were there were dealt with quickly and had a very friendly chat with the owner before we arrived to give us all the check in details which was lovely.

We had a fantastic stay in Lanzarote. Donna's villa is amazing. Exceptionally clean and well laid out and equipped. Plenty of room for all six of us and the pool was superb. Casa Rachel is a beautiful, clean, well equipped and professionally maintained property with every facility a holidaymaker could wish for.This is the second time I have stayed here with members of my family and grandchildren and I would recommended it to anyone.

Great girlie villa week away!

Villa Rachel is in a great location, close enough to everything but tucked away & therefore quiet. The garden is established & well kept & the pool is lovely - and even got cleaned part-way through our stay! We hired a car for the week & that’s definitely a good idea even if for little more than carrying water back from the shops as the closest we found was about a 10-minute walk away. The villa has everything you need…well-equipped kitchen, powerful showers & comfy beds, & communication with Donna was great from start to finish. It’s obvious why they get repeat bookings!

Great Villa, heated pool

Very well equipped Villa, has the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever seen. The heated pool 26 degrees was a great benefit in Jan / February and made our stay very pleasant. 10 minutes from the beach and restaurant & Bars, 25 minutes walk to the main town!Would happily book again.
