Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I booked a room for my girlfriend (she's Chinese) and we had an "online" trip together. Since it was her birthday, I called the hotel to ask if they could prepare something for her. The hotel staff went above and beyond what I had asked for. They decorated her room prepared a cake for her in the hours before her arrival. She loved the decorations and cake and we had a great time together. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable and the view sights around the hotel (e.g. the Tea Museum) was memorable. Would love to stay again in a future visit!
