"Good for a stay in the rainforest. Pretty much at the end of the line before the 4wd dirt track . Had a Casowary outside our unit and a big croc on the beach . Unit was basic but adequate. "What a truly amazing place! We have stayed in many wonderful places around the world but this is definitelyone of the most memorably. The view is totally unbelievable, with a vast expanse of rainforest in front of you and no other houses in sight. It was lovely to cool off in the pool in the middle of the hot day and look out towards the rainforest. We had fun eating outdoors and using the outdoor kitchen and were pleasantly surprised by the lack of bugs. The bed in the studio retreat was very comfortable. Our kids slept in the shack and liked having their own space. The couch was a little hard to sleep on but there was a thin mattress that we put on the couch which made it a little softer. We definitely recommend this gorgeous property to anyone who is lucky enough to stay in the daintree. Dean was very helpful with hints of what to do in the area. Thank you for an unforgettable stay."
