This investment will ensure greater reliability and safety for all residents and visitors. To minimize community-wide disruption, the work has been scheduled sequentially. During the projected dates of October 19 to November 23, 2026, the elevator in the respective building will be completely out of service. These dates are subject to change. This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront condo located in Wrightsville Dunes features an updated kitchen and tastefully updated baths. Located on the northern end of Wrightsville Beach, nestled among the sea oats and sandy white dunes, this first-floor condo has many special features that help offer comfort and enjoyment for your vacation. The master suite is oceanfront with a king bed that is positioned perfectly to offer the view of the blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean along with picturesque sunrises. Relax on your deck while enjoying the cool sea breezes and ocean sounds to lull you into a state of total rest and relaxation. The condo is all on one level which features a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living room combination along with 2 sound side guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has a pyramid bunk (The top twin bed that is over the full is not available for use) twin over a full bed). The second guest bedroom has a queen bed. Each guest bedroom has water views of the tidal marsh which offers seasonally changing colors. Amenities include a building elevator with service to all floors, tennis court, private beach access and 2 swimming pools. A great place for vacation memories! The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property to avoid citation. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. Seasonal parking fees will apply for stays that occur between March 1 and October 31 and cost may vary based on the length of stay. Fees are intended to be included in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. However, based on length of stay, arrival and departure dates, or booking channel method used to secure the reservation fees may require manual adjustment by the agent. Although rare, should this occur, the agent may request to be paid directly after confirming your reservation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. \*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. The condo gave us all plenty of room to have our own space, but comfortable common areas to come together for meals or to watch a movie. No surprises from the listing to what we found upon arrival. It’s a nice location near the end of the island, so it wasn’t crowded. We cooked dinner both nights we were there and the kitchen left a little to be desired - ice machine in the freezer didn’t work, no decent cutting board and no large chopping knife, but if you’re not planning on cooking much it would be fine. The apartment was very roomy and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs. The location was wonderful, the beaches were never crowded and access was easy. The outdoor shower at the end of the beach access walk way was a great way to clean off before going into the apartment. We heard virtually no noise while in the apartment.
