"This property was just as described, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Great location only a few minutes walk from the pier and the centre of Brighton. Only drawback for us as a mixed family group, there were no curtains / blinds in the bedroom, so no privacy. Overall very good value for money."

"Kinda hard to list this property as it’s not an apartment (but you can use the kitchen) and it’s not just a room as it’s the size of small flat with plenty of space and your own wc on your own level of the house so it’s private too. It’s large, well furnished and fantastic location with a small car park just opposite it’s a great place for a couple of night stay. "

"The property itself is really nice. Very comfortable and within a short walk to most places someone would want to go. The checkin was a little out of the way, and the areas around the front of the building at full of trash, homeless people, and a stench of urine. It is also a very loud area at night and the apartment itself doesnt do well with keeping the sound out. It could be a really nice place with a little TLC. "

"Room was clean nice designed only needed like a small wardrobe from my point of view,neighbours are quite noisy and the cars from main street quite disturbing, everything alse was perfect considering it was bank holiday and nice weather, but on a different occasion i would never pay that amount of money per night."

"Great view from clean apartment. Comfy bed. Ideal location for strolling around Brighton’s vibrant laines for wining and dining. Good communication with host. We paid for secure parking. "
