« Lovely room above a nice pub in the centre of Warwick. Room nicely decorated, bed comfortable. Very good bathroom with a bath. Spotlessly clean. Its in an old building, but its decorated as modern as it could be without comprising the old features. Its a little noisy, and not good window coverage to keep the daylight out. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. »

« All good - Food in the Pub excellent. Can recommend the Steak Diane. Good atmosphere. There were 6 of us. All happy with our stay. Stairs a bit high to the top bedroom but we were ok. Food in the pub across the road looked good Tilted Wig. Especially the Sunday Roast. The smallest pub in Warwick a few yards away. Excellent. Everything on hand. Couldnt fault it. A great stay everything walkable. »

« In a lovely quiet village off the beaten track. Rooms are large and comfortable. Main issue was with the outdoor light which was not blocked out by the blinds. Restaurant food is excellent however breakfast was disappointing. The granola and fresh fruit featured only half a strawberry! Free electric car charger was a big bonus. In better weather the outside terrace would have been delightful. »

« nous sommes restés deux jours dans cette auberge de campagne proche de startford. facile d'accès au milieu de la campagne. par contre le long d une route qui engendre beaucoup de bruit la nuit. la chambre étaient au dessus des cuisines la aussi bruyante.La propreté de la chambre était médiocre. lit moyennement confortable. Le pub/ restaurant du bas était par contre tres bien, le personnel très acceuillant et la nourriture bonne. »

« Bank Cottage was a great spot for our family to stay the weekend. We loved the spot on the river and the garden was safe for our little ones. We didn’t have to worry about anyone falling in the Severn! The cooking and dining facilities were fine and we enjoyed the sitting area overlooking the patio. The sitting room at the back of the property was rather dark and we didn’t use it but I can imagine it being a cosy space in winter. As mentioned by a previous guest there was a smell of oil/fuel...

« Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house. »
