Floors were not clean. Trash I had to ask to get emptied despite it being outside my room

We had a suite and it’s wasn’t vacuumed. There were Cheerios all over the floor. The sink drains were both clogged. The hot tub was nice and the breakfast was good.

Unfortunately I’m not able to report a good stay at this hotel. One of the main reasons I choose this hotel was for its Breakfast and when I arrived, I was told that there is no breakfast because of a few different reasons but was offered coffee and a snack bar😒. Then I was told there wasn’t an Ice machine or it wasn’t working. Then to make things even worse, not hot water in the shower on in the sink. I definitely couldn’t recommend this hotel in the state it’s in when I stayed.

Breakfast was not kept up with food usage - no waffle batter, eggs had enough for a person. It was just eh. The bathroom has no fan, feels stuffy and humid in the room (even with AC running, shelves with towels had giant screw holes exposed with towels sitting on top. Didn’t feel clean or well-maintained. It had the last few uses of toilet paper available on the role, the backup toilet paper roll was more than half gone. I wouldn’t go back.
