Designed exclusively for adults, this contemporary retreat is perfect for couples seeking a romantic escape, combining modern comforts with an excellent location close to countryside walks, local amenities, and historic attractions.   
THE PROPERTY BREAKDOWN   
Living Space   
• Open-Plan Living, Kitchen & Dining Area – Comfortable sitting area, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and a dining table. Patio doors open out to the shared courtyard and private side patio.   
Bedroom   
• Bedroom 1 – Super-king-size bedroom (zip/link, can be arranged as a twin on request) dressing table, with Smart TV. En-suite walk-in shower room with wash basin and WC.   
Outside   
• Courtyard & Private Patio – Guests can enjoy access to a shared courtyard, along with a private side patio with furniture.   
• Parking – Off-road parking is available in the nearby pub car park.   
Pets   
• Up to two dogs are welcome at the property for an additional charge of per dog, per stay.

Linhope offers a thoughtfully designed, adults-only retreat with contemporary styling and high-quality amenities. The open-plan layout is ideal for couples, while the luxurious bedroom and en-suite provide a peaceful sanctuary at the end of the day. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of having the Tankerville Arms Hotel just steps away, serving breakfast, lunch, and supper (advance booking recommended). An added advantage of this property is that, if you’re traveling with friends or a group, you can book up to four additional properties on the same site alongside it.  
Please note: This property does not accept children. A narrow, open-tread spiral staircase with wide railings leads to the bedroom and may not be suitable for all guests. As the property is situated beside a main road, some road noise may be heard.

History lovers can visit Etal Castle, Twizel Castle, and Berwick-upon-Tweed with its impressive town walls and castle. Coastal adventures await at Holy Island of Lindisfarne, where guests can explore Lindisfarne Castle and Priory (tide times permitting). The market town of Alnwick is also within easy reach, home to the iconic Alnwick Castle, museums, and the famous Alnwick Garden. Linhope provides a wonderful base to experience the very best of Northumberland.
