This was their land, and this was a few acres of woodland on steep slopes corresponding to Court Farm's (that's all but gone too) Oak Beds. The wood was felled in the 1970's and replanted along with many other corners of the farm by its very conservation minded owner at the time. The land has changed hands, but the maturing woods remain.
