"I was so disappointed with this Hotel We booked a lovely balcony room with a mountain view The room was nice enough however Bathroom was not sanitized it was Very spacious suite just crazy how everything was extra $$$ pool , extra $$ for lounger and pricey for the adult pool which was nothing like ..."

"The outside of the hotel was big and glamorous but the rooms were unkept, it smelled, the furniture was peeling, the curtains were dirty, we even found 2 cockroach in the room. Heaters don’t work that we have to be moved. It’s wasn’t what was promoted on the site and I would never go or recommend ..."
