Two lovely people who own the property and very easy to get on with. My only criticism would be the advert should be reviewed and adjusted as the pub on the doorstep of the property which to us was a major plus, has been closed two years but not in the advert, and the other point to make clearer in the advert is the garden is shared so not secure and they have two cats roaming about which restricks allowing our dog out in the garden unless on a lead. Ideal for walking & cycling or just staying around the cottage. Michael & Kathryn were lovely hosts & made us very welcome. Lovely outdoor space in good weather. The huge bed & sofa were very comfy. The cottage is very comfortable and spacious with everything you could possibly need kitchen wise and a very comfortable bed.Great outdoor sitting areas and lovely gardens to admire.Its even got its own guard chicken for added security.The owners were very friendly and helpfull,giving really usefull advice on places to visit.Highly recommended. ##### michael s. The cottage is charming, in a farm setting with delightful gardens and patio's. Lovely sitting areas. The cottage is spacious, warm, light and well equipped with open view to Withernsea.
