Moderne Unterkunft mit Schwächen bei Schlafkomfort und LogistikDie Ferienwohnung an der Hafenspitze ist sehr modern und freundlich eingerichtet – optisch wirklich hervorragend! Leider gab es einige Punkte, die unseren Komfort gestört haben.Die Schlafcouch war sehr durchgelegen und für zwei Erwachsene mit ca. 1,60 m Breite ziemlich schmal. Extrem umständlich ist die Parksituation: Zum Be- und Entladen steht ein 20 m entfernter Parkplatz für nur 1 Stunde zur Verfügung, danach muss man ins 200 m entfernte Parkhaus. Das Gepäck muss man entweder mühsam über das Kopfsteinpflaster der Promenade vorbei an den Touristen zum Fahrstuhl tragen oder hinten über die Treppe schleppen.Zudem ist es im Haus recht hellhörig; Kinder nutzten den Flur als Spielplatz. Da die Wohnungstüren unten einen ca. 2 cm breiten Spalt haben, hört man alles Tag und Nacht und es zieht. Auch die Verladegeräusche vom nahen Hafen sind von morgens bis abends präsent.Schöne Wohnung, aber mit Abstrichen beim Komfort.
