Sep 20, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Absolutely spotless and adorable cottage with tons of room, with a layout that makes it appear more spacious than its stated square footage. The decor is cozy and welcoming, with board games galore in the living room. Loved the spacious dining table with bench. Both showers are gigantic and tiled beautifully. We chose the dual-head shower in the spacious back bedroom, which easily holds 2 queen beds and furniture, as we chose to sleep there instead of the front bedroom. The mattress was very comfortable for both my husband and me, and we both have bad backs. The backyard is spacious, and it was nice not to have to park on the street, making it easy to transfer luggage up onto the porch and into the front door. Also, centrally located for sightseeing with a Publix and Trader Joe's within minutes from there. Once again this cottage is clean, clean, and clean - such a joy! ##### Steven A. We enjoyed the location and were able to walk around and visit the cute nearby shops while we waited to check in. (When we arrived, we learned that the guests before us had left a mess, so the woman who was cleaning the place wasn’t finished yet. She did a great job, though—it was in good shape when we were able to get settled in.The house did have some minor issues: one of the chairs at the dining table seemed like it was breaking. We didn’t sit on it because it seemed pretty precarious. The door of the bathroom that opens onto the common area would not latch. Also, the handle of the kitchen faucet fell off very easily (and needed to be put back on).
