Conveniently looked by restaurants and freeway entrance. However, the beds were absolutely ATROCIOUS, if you like literally sleeping on top of springs , this is your place. Also the tv dish service is just as atrocious as the beds , unless you love watching pixelation all day and hearing every other word said from what you’re trying to watch. My advice , stay far FAR away from this spot.

Perfect example of FALSE ADVERTISING. The picture featured on the beach is NOT the Inn, nor are the pictures of the view. That is a beach house they own and should be listed separately on hotels.com. The Inn is a run down (renamed) motel that is 2 blocks from the beach. At check in I received a room that was not clean. I was then given a different room with one window on the exterior walkway. The window was partially blocked by the TV. There was no A/C, which would have been fine if the Inn was actually ON the beach as the pictures implied. When I said it was 82 in my room, they provided more fans and told me to open the window. The window had NO screen - anyone walking by could step in over the sill. I was a woman alone. In the morning I was checking out early to stay somewhere else. They refused to refund the balance of the stay because I did not give 72 hours notice. I insisted on the manager, I accused her of false advertising. Jennifer stated the pictures were taken by hotels.com and they had no control over them. I asked for the owner, Jennifer would not involve the owner and then put me in a corner 'apartment' with windows on 2 sides so I would get a cross breeze. A couple of the windows had screens so I could open them safely. It was a very disappointing experience. Some of the rooms were permanently lived in by the front desk and cleaning girls. Bath towels were another hotel's scratchy old pool towels. Breakfast was a tray of bagels and BROKEN coffee pot.

A beautiful location right on the ocean! The food at the shoals restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was very good with many choices. The best part of our stay was the wonderful staff! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful spot … small pool & lots of kids … Loved the fire pits - but not having a room right in front of it with late night activities …
