« Bonne taille de chambre. Réception très aimable. Mais, salle d’eau ridiculement petite, lavabo, en fait lave-mains inutilisable (minuscule), lit de 140cm, mauvaise literie. Et situé sur une route très passante, bruits de voitures insupportables. Donc, difficile de dormir et de se laver, embêtant pour un hôtel.... »

« We stayed at the cottage house which is outside the main building. It was very spacious and has an indoor jacuzzi tub which is why we booked it. The hot water is pre-heated, so it was just enough to fill the tub. There won’t be hot water after if you wanted a shower. Also, an important downside for us was the wifi signal is so weak that neither our phone nor laptops could pick any signal. Was a bit disappointed in that regard as the hotel is aware of the problem but made no effort to fix it....

« Our stay at the guest house was very good - Michelle was very helpful and even lent us a brolly to cope with the lovely lakes weather ☺️ The room was very clean and more than ample for our one night stay Would highly recommended a stay here The only disappointment was there isn’t any parking as stated on hotels.com site - just street parking wherever you can find a space »

« We highly recommend Vince and Shirley’s guesthouse. The room was immaculate and nicely decorated, fully equipped, great bedding. The breakfast was very well cooked and generously served, in a pretty dining room overlooking a well kept garden. « We enjoyed our stay at Kotel. Good location, good wifi connection. However we would have liked to have had an electric hob as with only a microwave cooking was rather limited. Also not easy to wash up as no plug in the sink. Fortunately there was an ice bucket I could use to wash up!!!. Crockery was also limited to 2 sets only. Had to check with staff on site re disposal of our rubbish as bins not very big. It would also be good that the Kotel staff supply a brush and dustpan for sweeping up the...

« We had a great stay here! The property was clean and had everything we needed (hoover, toaster, cutlery etc). It was nice and warm too. Very comfortable bed (no footboard so great for taller guests too). Very pleasant and helpful staff at reception and easy to check in/out.
