This is a fantastic condo. Located near all the amenities that we have access too. My daughter was playing a big two day golf tournament, so the proximity to the putting green and course was golden. The owners communicated well and description was spot on. It was very clean, comfortable and attention to detail was great. My favorite part was the king size bed!!!!! So so so comfortable. We had plenty of room for our family of 4, our kids shared the pull out couch and had more than enough room. Kingsmill is a great resort with so much to do! Be sure to ask the hosts for resort guest passes during your stay so you can use all of the kingsmill amenities (lazy river/game room/indoor/outdoor pools). The hosts were extremely quick with responses and we had no issues with our stay. We ate at some great nearby restaurants, played a lot of mini golf and had a relaxing stay. The bathroom faucet needed adjusting because faucet for cold water was loose and was hard to make it stop. Had to watch the toilet handle and make sure it went level so toilet wouldn’t continue to run. My main complaint was that the walls were thin as paper.
