The indoor dining table and other sitting places can comfortably seat 8 guests. The custom kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances and we provide basic cooking pots and pans. \*\*\*We DO NOT provide condiments like oil, salt, peppers, etc. Guests are welcome to bring their own condiments for their cooking needs.\*\*\* All bedroom features brand name mattresses and quality linens. • We have Oven. \*\*\*We DO NOT provide baking sheets due to cleaning issues. Oct 14, 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy I thought this would be a great option for my annual group hike from the north rim to south rim. I REALLY needed this place for my south side accommodations so booked it in May. Of course this year the traffic Dragon Bravo fire burned up much of the park on the north side and it was closed. I was hopng it would reopen for the hike but it didn't so i needed to cancel the trip (everyone was coming in from out of town to do the iconic R2R hike). In late August i texted through VRBO chat to cancel. They canceled but policymakers says i only get half back. I tried calling and got an off shore calling center that regugitates their policy to me. I was hoping to somehow get in touch with management but they push me off. DONT STAY HERE. If you have an emergency you are out half your money. \*i will gladly change this if someone would reach out to me. I told the people on the phone i would like to partner and maybe rent the place every year. Please communicate with me. ##### Mike P.
