This property is the closest property to the boardwalk and the beach. Morey’s is a stone throw away. After a beautiful beach day, come back and enjoy a dip in the private pool. Also, the laundry room is two floors down from the unit, with one old rusty washer and dryer in a dingy storage room, shared by all 27 units. If you don't mind the stairs or need to do laundry, then this cute, compact condo is clean, nicely decorated, fully equipped with everything you need and in the best possible location. Collette was easy to reach and responsive, even bringing bath towels to us when we learned they're not normally provided. Overall our experience was positive. ##### Joan J.
