Radiant Ranch is a cozy and stylish 3 bed, 1 bath home with great amenities, located in southeast/ south central Wichita and just 10 minutes from Derby and McConell Air Force Base.  
  
This home has been remodeled, with stylish Organic Modern decor, cozy furniture, and beds for up to 6 people. Some of it's wonderful amenities include a dedicated office space, laundry, 2 Living spaces, and game area.  
  
We offer self check-in with a personalized code for the deadbolt keypad on the front door.

Guests have full access to the property (with the exception of one mechanical and storage closet that is accessed via a coded lock.  
  
This house is located in a multicultural neighborhood in southeast/ south central Wichita and just minutes from Derby.The home is very convenient with easy access to I-235, I-35 (Kansas Turnpike). and K-92. There are several parks within 5 minutes of the home. There are restaurants, grocery stores, and anything you might need within moments of the home. In a hurry, you'll also find many fast food restaurants (including Taco Bell, Arby's, Sonic, McDonald's, Spangles, Subway and more).  
  
Please note, Wichita is not the most walkable city. There is a bus system but it can be difficult to navigate. Renting a car or using Uber/ Lyft is highly recommended for most excursions.  
  
Please note that we do NOT allow PARTIES. If there is any sign of a party (I.e. lots of people coming and going (especially late at night), excessive noise, complaints from the neighbors, lots of alcohol being brought in, signs of drug or and/or drug paraphernalia), you will be escorted out of the property immediately without refund. Please note that the neighbors do keep an eye on the property.  
  
This property is Non-Smoking, including vaping and cannabis.  
  
This unit is located in a multicultural working-class neighborhood. The neighbors do have a dog that barks at times.
