Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Beware of this host! She cancelled my stay two days before our arrival stating that VRBO told her that "I throw parties". VRBO assured me they never said such a thing. I replied to her that i am 62 years old meeting my 72 yo mother in law to give her her sons ashes. No response from her after that. When searching for places to stay in Wichita that weekend, i discovered it was mostly sold out due to a number of graduations. I'm certain she relisted it and received a higher amount for the property which is why she cancelled my stay in the first place. She should be kicked off of VRBO. So unethical!
