We are decorated right down to our mistletoes! Full sized tree along with stockings hung by the fire, and cute additions throughout the home will make put your in the Christmas spirit! Upon request, we will keep decor up in January if desired! Come stay with us at Esmeralda on the Green! Relax in this turn of the century spacious bungalow situated right on Arthur B. Sims golf course....sip lemonade and watch our amazing sunsets from the front porch! With multiple gathering spaces from the front porch, to the spacious living and dining areas, to the darling courtyard out back, you will be able to share love and laughter with all your friends and family. Esmeralda is situated across the street from the beautiful Arthur B Sims golf course. From the front porch you can enjoy the lovely view!! Esmeralda on the Green is located just two blocks from Botanica and across the street from Arthur B. Sims golf course, this house is perfect for families who want to enjoy the outdoors and love going on walks around the neighborhood. Riverside is known to be very friendly, and you will be able to get to know the locals! We sat on the porch enjoying a morning cup of coffee and conversation. Evening also on the porch after a wonderful meal and a game of cards. Just perfect.
