This perfectly positioned house is deceptively spacious and offers the holiday maker wonderful views of the bay and sea. This welcoming house has been stylishly and freshly decorated and is great for children and adults of all ages as it provides flexible options. With ample off street parking for 2 cars and a garage for a further car or storage for bikes it provides a great retreat from which to explore Whitstable and the nearby coastal towns whilst being only a 20 minute car drive from the cathedral city of Canterbury. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms; two of the three bedrooms being on the ground floor along with a toilet/shower room. The first bedroom is furnished with with two full size single bunk beds; the second bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with integrated wardrobes. Both bedrooms are fully carpeted and comfortably furnished. The bathroom has a double shower cubicle with a toilet and basin. The hallway leads into a large, light modern kitchen room from which the garden is accessed through the patio doors on to a small balcony which then leads into a private and entirely enclosed garden. From the garden patio area wonderful views of the sunsets can be enjoyed. Next to the kitchen and over looking the rear garden the large lounge provides ample space for family get togethers and it is furnished with comfortable settees and a dining table for 6\. A real flame gas fire is installed (together with fire guard) should the summer evenings turn chilly (alebit the house is centrally heated). The third and master bedroom is accessed from a flight of stairs from the main hallway. The master suite comes complete with its own individual lounge and en suite bathroom, shower, bath, toilet and basin. There is a king size bed with fully fitted wardrobes and the suite is fully carpeted and has an additional television in this upper lounge: from this pretty room you can sit in the window seat and have an uncluttered view of the bay. ## Property amenities ### Beach - Good position as a base for seeing the area, just be careful backing out onto the road, as visibility up and down the road is not so good. We loved Whitstable itself, and found plenty of interesting places to visit. Manager of the property was extremely helpful and friendly. Just wish the weather had been better! ##### Terry G. Tlw. ist das Equipment etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Für Ausflüge ist es ein guter Startpunkt. In die Stadt und zum Meer (Kiesstrand) läuft man ca 20 min, mit dem Zug ist man in 90 min in London.
