You are only a 10-minute stroll downhill to the harbour and the heart of the town.. All on the Lower Ground Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: Freeview Smart TV, Sofa Bed Kitchen area: Breakfast Area, Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher Bedroom area: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. . Rear garden with patio and sitting out area. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Steeped in history, this destination enthrals the guests who visit, drawing people from around the world with many sights, attractions and a fascinating history to discover. The private entrance to the apartment is around the rear of the property where you have your own enclosed yard which is small but beautifully presented, with a Mediterranean feel, making this a nice space to sit out with a cup of coffee. Stepping inside you have a carefully laid out and well presented open living area, complete with a modern and well equipped kitchen, so that you can create romantic meals to share. The bedroom has an inviting kingsize bed where you are ensured a comfortable night’s sleep with a high quality mattress and soft luxurious linen. You also have a shower room where you can start or end each day refreshed. The owners have lovingly furnished this apartment with your comfort in mind, ensuring you have the warmest welcome to Whitby. Whitby is a proud seafaring town; you can find out more at the museums or even first hand up at the abbey ruins. Walk through the whale bone archway on the West Cliff or visit the shipwreck on Saltwick Bay and look up into the cliffs to spot the smugglers’ tunnels. For those who wish to experience the wonders of this inspiring area, why not take a long, lazy walk amid the scenic beauty of the North York Moors National Park, which can be accessed by the heritage steam train winding its way through the rolling hills of heather? You can also explore quaint coastal villages such as Robin Hood’s Bay, Staithes or Runswick Bay. Take in the sights along the seafront at Filey, Scarborough or Saltburn. Shame about the noise Lovely flat in a great location close to centre of Whitby. Immaculately clean and well presented. Unfortunately the noise from the property above/adjoining was horrendous. It sounded like they were in the same room as us. They had young children who were awake at the crack of dawn and running around above us for hours on end. For this reason we would not consider returning. It’s a shame because it’s a great little flat. ##### Lisa B.
