Spacious vacation apartment with a terrace and garden

Our house is located at the end of a small cul-de-sac and is surrounded on two sides by fields.

The spacious apartment (approximately 69 m²) is located on the first floor of the house and has a separate entrance. Most of the apartment was newly renovated in May 2021.

In front of the house is a large meadow and garden with a small terrace for relaxing or barbecuing, which belongs to the vacation rental.

From the living room, you have an unobstructed view across the meadows in front of the house.

There are two separate bedrooms available.

One is about 17 m² in size, with a double bed and an extra sitting area.
The other is smaller and has two single beds, which can easily be pushed together. There is a small (7 cm) step leading into the room, so it is not wheelchair accessible.

The open kitchen features a four-burner stovetop, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Adjacent to it is a dining area with a dining table and four chairs.
A small oven and a microwave are also available.

The large living room has a nice table and four chairs, as well as a cozy sofa area with a large TV and an armchair.
